On motion Of Mr. Latimer, the Chair appointed Messrs. R. B. Aeftsen and B. G. Mitchell, a Committee to nominate Officers and Managers for the ensuing year. The Committee retired, and on their return Offered the following ticket, which, on motion, was unanimously elected, to wit.
