Publisher's Synopsis
Agbomgbe's Fate tells the story of Agbomgbe, a young girl destined to be sacrificed to the gods due to her ancestors' sins. Defying this fate, she escapes the shrine but is seriously injured in an accident. Rescued and adopted by a kind couple, she rebuilds her life but is haunted by the past as the shrine demands another family member as her replacement. Agbomgbe's journey to freedom continues as she earns the respect of her new community and moves to Accra.
The story also follows her son, Kplorm, who rises to prominence, bringing the family's saga full circle with themes of destiny, resilience, and breaking free from oppressive traditions.
