This is the fourth book in Joey's adventures. Every country town has a Field Day or Agricultural Show. Today it is happening in Joey's town. Joey's mum is in the cooking competition. His dad is in the woodchop competitions, with Joey's Uncle Jim. Joey and his mates are checking out the side shows, and eating yummy hotdogs on sticks. Joey's cousin Maxie is also with the boys. After watching the working dogs rounding up sheep in a competition, Joey decides he wants a dog. But how will he convince his mum and dad?
