Publisher's Synopsis
The Totalitarian State of America is a work of political theory that evaluates the gradual decline of classical liberalism to give way to a new America where the federal government has become a paternalistic and authoritarian entity that believes to know better than anyone what people need for themselves; a form of Leviathan that has been exerting a subtle but substantive control over all aspects of people's lives whether it is at the political, economic, or social level. The purpose of this treatise is to demonstrate that what the Founding Fathers wanted to avoid by creating a limited government is unfortunately happening.
