Jamie was just an ordinary teenager trying to muddle through after having had his life shattered by tragedy. Friendless, bullied, and overwhelmed, he didn't think things could possibly get any worse. However, when he is inexplicably ripped from his life on Earth and thrust into Terrarhea, a mysterious realm where the lines between magic and technology are blurred, he quickly realizes that things can still get much, much worse.
Now trapped between worlds without any explanation for what has happened, Jamie desperately searches for a way to break free. His quest reveals many incredible wonders, but with ruthless foes coming at him from all sides, he is forced to fight back in order to defend both himself, as well as those few allies he makes along the way. Unfortunately, as the influences of this other world begin bleeding into his old life on Earth, even escape may not offer any refuge.
