This book is the true retelling of the most tragic event to ever visit upon my life. My wife died December 31st 2016 at 11:45 pm. I spent over three and a half years as my wife's caregiver only to lose the battle in the end. I have dedicated this book to my wife Elisabeta and to all caregivers who have fought and lost as I did, and to those of you who are fighting the good fight to do what is best for your loved one. Many of you know me and have seen me around here writing fiction for entertainment and I thank you for your interest in my stories, but this one is true and has been the most difficult to write, because it came straight from a pain filled heart. The words come from a place of pure pain and confusion with none of the ugliness left out.
