Beginning in April, 1906, the Bright and Strong Papers were issued in a series of seven numbers and printed in nine languages - English, French, Ger man, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Hebrew and Armenian - and mailed to addresses chie?y of new citizens in Massachusetts.] Although, as the almanac-makers say, they were calculated for the lati tude of Massachusetts, they were soon found to be of equal interest in other states, because they deal wholly with a national question, and the only local bearing is by way of illustration.
