Sec. 27 All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed. Sec. 28. When any city Shall have adopted such form of government it Shall go into effect at the termination of the term of Office of the mayor in Office when said election is held: Provided, That the provisions Of this Act shall not apply to Georgetown and Orangeburg Counties.
