Publisher's Synopsis
This is a collection of contributions written on the occasion of the third anniversary of the South China Sea Arbitration Award (Case: Philippines versus People's Republic of China) of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. The contributions deal with legal, political and economic causes and consequences of this regional conflict.
