In general plan the present edition follows that used in the six preceding issues. There are a few departures, how ever, that call for special mention. The most important of these is the substitution of the word Academic for the word Congress in defining those sororities that were built to meet the needs of students in the colleges. Of liberal arts. The de signation previously employed was found to be inadequate, since several organizations worthy of representation in the e present issue were not members of the National Panhellenic Congress.
