Publisher's Synopsis
This report highlights the issues arising from the increase in refugees from Somalia who have arrived in South Wales. It provides an account of current services and the shortfalls that exist. The report also describes both the established Somali community and the new arrivals, and demonstrates the work of the Somali people in meeting their own needs. This publication aims to prompt further discussion between Somali representatives, policy makers and service providers, with the purpose of identifying priority areas for further action.
