He built a life here, brick by brick, pint by pint, in a saloon that bore witness to the hopes and heartaches of the weary souls who sought refuge within its walls. The Globe became more than just a place to drink; it became the heart of what is now known as Gastown, pulsing with life and secrets.
But Gastown is a place where the past is never truly buried, where love and loss are etched into the very fabric of the streets. Jack's heart, torn between two worlds, found solace in Suzy, a woman as strong and enduring as the land she now called home.
