- The Hanging Gardens of Babylon in Iraq
- The Temple of Artemis at Ephesus in Turkey
- The Colossus of Rhodes in Greece
- The Statue of Zeus at Olympia in Greece
- The Mausoleum of Halicarnassus in Turkey
- The Lighthouse at Alexandria in Egypt
These structures were considered to be the most remarkable achievements of architecture and engineering of their time. However, only the Great Pyramid of Giza still exist today.
