Publisher's Synopsis
A thought-provoking question grew into an inspiring short story: What would Jesus have to say if he walked into a church today? Although this short story is fiction, the questions it poses are decidedly relevant. Would Jesus be able to re-connect with people? Would he be old school or refurbish a contemporary Christianity? Would he get along with the priests? The Second Coming of Jesus Christ is an inspirational story that plays in a contemporary setting. It shall not just inspire, but also entertain. Religion should be fun and it doesn't hurt if it's a bit hip. Even religion deserves some marketing. That's why Jesus roamed around Israel and spread the good news. And he offered mind-blowing give-aways to support his campaign: he healed sick people, resurrected deceased, and turned water into wine. But that's a long time ago, his legacy has withered and much of his memorandum was lost in translation. This short story presents alternative interpretations of the Bible and Christianity. Reader discretion is advised.
