Publisher's Synopsis
Berlin 1905:
During a break-in at the home of a coachman, an unknown person steals nothing but a photograph of the family. The two friends Karring and Weiss quickly identify a suspect: A small man who has been seen both outside and inside the house. But what are his intentions and for what reason does he daily pay a visit to the grave of a child who is a stranger to him? Karring senses nothing good and must establish a connection as quickly as possible, because time is running out.
