My concern is with this salt Treaty. Although I have not had the immediate experience which Senator Hatfield did with Hiroshi ma, I served in Japan some 10 or 12 years after World War II and was stationed some 25 miles from Hiroshima. On numerous occa sions I visited what at that time was mostly a rebuilt city.
