Conclave, held in Philadelphia, 2 (i) E boasted of only fourteen active chapters, while this year the list of active chapters numbers seventeen. Of the fourteen chapters of last year, nine were represented. Let us see to it, therefore, that at this year's Conclave the entire seventeen active chapters will be represented.
