Henry Holeman this day claimed a preempt'n of 1000 Acres of land at the State price in the district of Kentucky on Acc't of Marking improving the same in the year 17 76 on the.head of the North fork of Clear Creek to include his improvements satisfactory proof be ing made to the Court they are of Opin ion that the s'd Holeman has a right to a preemption of 1000 Acres of land to include the s'd improvement that a Cert'e issue accordingly.
