The RealBody Method for weight loss is based off of 3 principles: How you eat. How you move. How you think. Exercise tracking helps you by allowing you to be more aware of your activity level and make changes as you get stronger. There are areas to track exercise type, time, and intensity, and well as a check off area for focusing on specific body parts. Thought tracking can keep you in a good mental state and actually program your subconscious mind for good mental, physical, and emotional health. There is an area for a daily positive affirmation as well as area that is used as a gratitude journal. Gratitude reminders can help with perspective. Even the smallest thing can evoke better thoughts. This is a journal to write in that organizes everything in one place. It's easy to use and it's convenient size allows it to be big enough to comfortably write in, yet small enough to carry.
