Publisher's Synopsis
This is a revolutionary system which allows the insertion of a Dermal Filler without the need for a needle/injection. It is a form of needle free mesotherapy applied using a specialised hand held pen for insertion. A Hylauronic Acid Filler is used in the hand held pen and is inserted into the Epidermis and Superficially into the top of the Dermal Layer depending on the depth of application. HA is naturally occurring in our body and as we age this depletes. With the use of the Pen we can improve and delay the visual effects of ageing. Using 0.5ml to 1ml of HA we can help to smooth out superficial fine lines and wrinkles and add volume to lips.WHY USE THE PRINCESS PENMany people have a phobia of needles and this may in the past have led them to have drastic cosmetic procedures. Every Patient has a pain threshold and the insertion of Injectable Dermal Filler can be extremely painful. The use of Lidocane, Emla or a Dental Block can be used to control this pain but an injectable HA filler application is always at the least uncomfortable.A Hyaluron Pen application is mostly pain free and the results are instant and can be amazing. This treatment is not new and has been around since 2000 during which time it has been in continued development.Once the treatment is applied the Hylauronic Filler which is liquid becomes pliable and can spread quickly throughout the area. This gives more scope than the traditional method of injecting. It is a much safer way to insert Filler with little if any major side effects such as 'allergic reaction' 'migration' 'blood vessel intrusion' and 'scarring'WHY DO CLIENTS ASK FOR A PRINCESS PEN TREATMENTThe popularity of the Princess Pen among clients is primarily due to their benefits, some of which include: Reduction of age-related volume loss on the face, which causes a drooping appearance Reduction of nasolabial folds (The folds that form at the side of the nose and run down towards the side of the lips)Restoration of skin firmnessImprovement of skin texture and appearanceReduction of wrinkles and fine linesEnhancement of facial symmetry (Frampton, 2010)Increased definition of the lipsSELECTION OF THE PATIENTThe most common candidates for princess pen procedures are patients with aging skin. These procedures are usually done to even out wrinkles and static lines (such as marionette lines and nasolabial folds), more so in the lower two-thirds of the patient's face. They can also be carried out to achieve facial contouring and augmentation, as is usually the case for lip enhancement. The practitioners should always set the expectation in the patient that dermal fillers will strictly serve to reduce wrinkles and lines rather than remove them, and while it is possible to achieve slight improvements in contours, but will not produce surgery-like outcomes. Patients who have too many wrinkles, folds, and skin laxity might need surgical procedures for marked improvements. It is important to note that patient who exhibits body dysmorphic disorder, depression, narcissism, or those with impractical or unattainable expectations are not candidates for dermal fillers as these patients are predisposed to unhappiness and dissatisfaction (Ferneini and Bennett 2018).WHAT DOES THE TRAINING COVER?Health & SafetyContra-indicationsRisk AssessmentThe History of Dermal Fillers and their usesUsing the correct measurements to maximise resultsPreparation of work areaHow to 'load' the Princess Filler into the Princess PenCorrect Application Techniques and ResultAfter-Care AdviceRelated Anatomy & PhysiologyOther Princess Pen optionsMarketing and SalesKit Options (Please enquire)Princess PenPrincess Filler 2mlPracticing Filler (saline)Syringe for transferring productFiller Cartridges x 5Cost Price £300HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?Our course unlike all other providers is 2 days not 1 for a better price with more tuition!www.angel-academy.co.uk
