The anthology is published annually by Community - Education - Arts, Inc. (CEArts) formerly known as Logan Street Sanctuary Press, a division of Logan Street Sanctuary, Inc.. CEArts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultural arts organization located in the heart of the Cultural Arts District of Noblesville, IN.
