Publisher's Synopsis
This traveling journal project was developed to help those on this journey with dementia put their thoughts, ideas, and hopes from the mind onto paper. Our hope is that these words may be used to help educate, uplift, encourage or even help relate to any given situation one may encounter on this journey. The journal is an 8 week project that will travel to all of the Palmettos memory care units. Entries are encourage by residents, staff or family. There is power in words...there is also comfort in them. We encourage you to take part in this project. Once each journal is full, it will be relocated to the original Palmettos to be placed in our library forever preserved.
