Omar finally understands that everything doesn't have to go his way for his life to run smoothly. He no longer has a need to control his wife and watching her flourish in her freedom is magnificent sight to see. At last, he feels like he has the happy life, wife and family he's always wanted, and things couldn't be better. Little does he know someone is planning to ruin his life the same way he did theirs.
In New York, Cassandra is falling to pieces trying to figure out what happened to the father of her child. He may not have been the perfect man, but he was hers. While everybody else, including the police have seemed to move on and forget about Spider she and King never could. If no one else cared, enough to help figure out what happened to him she was damn sure going to figure the shit out on her own. Omar has moved through life never really having to pay the consequences of his actions, but Cassandra is determined to make somebody pay. Just as Omar warned Bianca before, when somebody wants to get to him, they go through the people he loves. And some people very close to him are finally about to pay the price for his decisions. Omar has always been a step ahead and things have always seemed to pan out the way he planned, but he could never plan for what's about to devastate his world.
