Seventeen-year-old Shawn Kelly and his best friend Steve Allison share an obsession with the old Hawthorne house and the mysteries it entombs. Somehow, they feel an unexplainable connection to it, and their appetite for an experience with the supernatural escalates to more than simple observation. Late one stormy night in 1965 they set out to explore the long-abandoned house that local legend has deemed haunted, perhaps to catch a glimpse of the ghosts of Lizzy and Emma.
