In the not too distant future, Corporations have taken over, and the government is a vestigial appendage that the populace clings to. The next generation knows no other life than one where their futures are determined by corporate ties and statistical probability. An unlikely group of friends comes together at Thomas Jefferson High School, which is owned and operated by one of the largest educational corporations in the world. The genius with everything going for him, the bully who tips over the first domino, the girl with a dangerous and deadly past, the richest girl in the world who is hiding from what she really is, and a group of foster kids that are more then what they seem. Now they race against time to undo the damage one of them has caused. Was this unlikely group brought together by fate or design? Either way, they will be our best hope for the future.
