Publisher's Synopsis
The Night of the Blind Pig involves Daisy Fleabane in an investigation of illegal after-hours drinking and gambling establishments owing to an attempt on her life and the death of three men connected with these establishments. Daisy acquires a partner, a sergeant in the police who protects Daisy as well as helps in her investigation. A man known only as 'Ghost' seems to be involved in the deaths Daisy is investigating and possibly is out to kill her as well. The story, again, takes place on Long Island where blind pigs have existed since the turn of the last century.
