Emmanuel Asare Domfeh, RD, PhD
Dr. E A Domfeh is a specialist in maternal and infant nutrition. He is a graduate of University of Ghana and King's College London, UK. He has served as a dietician at Ridge Hospital, Princess Marie Louise Children's Hospital and the Volta River Authority Clinic in Accra, Ghana. He also worked with the 37 Military Hospital, Ghana, as a dietician and as an instructor for students on clinical placement. Emmanuel has also served as a community nutrition officer for the World Food Programme, Ghana, where he was involved in projects aimed at improving maternal and child nutrition. Emmanuel has recently been offered the role of a maternal and infant nutrition specialist at Balfour Hospital, United Kingdom.
Oluwatoyin Bolanle Oluwole, PhD
Dr (Mrs) Oluwatoyin Bolanle Oluwole obtained her BSc and Masters degrees from University of Ibadan, in Food Technology and her Doctorate degree from the Federal University of Agriculture, Nigeria in Food processing and storage technology. She is currently the Director of Food Technology Department, Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Lagos. Her research interests include food processing and nutrition, food and nutrition security especially for infants and young children.
Olusola Fatimah Olagunju, MSc
Olusola Fatimah Olagunju holds a BSc and MSc from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho and the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. She is a Research Officer at Food Technology Department, Federal Institute of Industrial Research. Her research interest focuses on women and children nutrition, food product development and storage.
Mary Oluwabunmola Ajakaye, RN
Mary is a nutritionist and researcher who has worked with different organizations with focus on health and nutrition development.
