This work, it will be observed, is divided into Four Parts, embracing distinct general heads, with an Appendix. To those who are not familiar with the arrangement of the Register, it is well to remark, that the subjects relative to this state, in Parts [laud III. Are treated of by counties; which being always al phabetically arranged, it is easy to find any thing, even without reference to the Index, which is very copious and minute.
