A lavishly illustrated production, capturing the extraordinary richness and variety of Albert's collection. His brief, to leading international binders, including Jenni Gray, Gerard Charriere, Fumiko Ichida, Jamie Kamph and Angela James, to whom he sent sheets or already bound miniature books, was particularly unspecific - 'I'm not a binder, bind it as you think best'; the delightful results in 'little boxes would arrive at my home.
