Hence as the Obfervations by which Mr. Mayer fettled the Epochs of his folar Tables, and by which Mr. Mason fettled the Epochs of his lunar Tables of 1780, were made about the Year 1756 at a Medium, the Corre�'tion of 10 in a Year, above di reaped to be made to the Moon's Motions fhould be dated from that Period; or there fhould be fub?ra�ted at the Rate of I in 10 Years from the Epochs after 17 56, and be added at the fame Rate' to the Epochs before \1756, in Mr. Mayer's and Mr. Mason's 'l'ables.
