B it Enaéted by the king's Moft Excellent Majefiy, b and with B the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament affembled, and by the Ah thority of the fame, That each and every of the (aid recited Acts (fave and except (uch Claufe and Claufes in each or any of them as relate to the Appointment or Authority of all or any of the Com miliioners thereby refpeélively confiituted, and alfo (uch Claul'e and Claufes as relate to the confiruéting, printing, publi?ting, vending, and licenfing of Nautical Almanacs, and other ufeful Tables) (hall, from and after the Twenty-fourth Day of jaw One thoufand Seven hundred and Seventy-four, be, and are hereby repealed.
