Publisher's Synopsis
The Missing Element seeks to raise the bar for leaders and organizations through the concepts and principles of Level 7 Leadership(r). These ideas are presented as a business fable about Nathan, an aspiring entrepreneur, who wrestles with his own leadership approach and paradigms. As the story line progresses, Nathan is challenged to consider critical leadership themes, such as: perceptions of success, personal and organizational vision, motivation and authenticity. Eventually, although he wasn't looking for it, he's confronted with The Missing Element and begins to realize its value for transforming his leadership approach and organization.
