Publisher's Synopsis
In a world where memories can be extracted from one's mind and stored in a physical form, a young cartographer named Lyra discovers a way to map and navigate the memories of others. She uses this unique ability to help people overcome traumatic experiences and lost loved ones. However, Lyra soon realizes that her maps are not just passive recordings of memories, but are actually influencing the course of reality. Every time she creates a new map, she is inadvertently changing the past and present of those around her. As Lyra struggles to understand and control her power, she must also confront the dark forces that seek to exploit her abilities for their own gain. These forces will stop at nothing to manipulate the memories of world leaders, altering the course of history. In the Nightmare forest and other palaces she encounters echanting creatures and defeats fear based demons that feed off of trauma and dispare. She must make a choice between using her powers to protect the innocent or succumbing to the temptation of altering reality to suit her own desires. Either way, the consequences of her actions will be catastrophic.
