Prof. Frank M. Church came to mckendree live years ago, and since that time the Music Department here has progressed rapidly. He studied four years at Oberlin Conservatory, and two years at the New England Conservatory of Boston. Later he studied for two years in Paris. He has traveled widely, bot-h abroad and at home, and has heard all the great artists. He is gitted with a wonderful ear for mu sic, a faultless memory, and flawless technique. He is a master of the pipe organ as well as of the piano. Mckendree is fortunate indeed, in having an artist of such ability at the head of the Piano Department.
