In compliance with provisions of Ordinance No. 6, approved February 21, 1882, I have the honor to sub mit herewith the report of the Department of Street Cleaning.
The annexed tables show the number of men and carts employed, the work performed by the department during the year, the money expended, and the amount received for refuse, etc.
