I am proud to present you the project that will make China the most powerful state in the world in the following 10 years: The Mars Colony...I propose to build a new city on the surface of Mars where at least 10 million people can live. This is a very versatile and highly important project. And if we succeed it, at least half of the world's population will be moved to Mars and we will be the sole leader state of this new world...Mars' atmosphere does not provide a suitable environment for human life and meteorites from space often fall on the surface, also. So, as you can see in the picture, we will build a glass shield to make our city a safer and more suitable place to live. The infrastructure and the most vital buildings of the city will be built this way...I think we can complete the infrastructure within 2 years. We can complete our government building and other important buildings in 3 years. So, we will place the first colony on Mars in 5 years...
