Las Vegas performers Sebastian Cross and Simon Crowe are not your typical stage magicians. They've been partners for some time and put on quite a show, together and individually. Crowe has lost yet another assistant, so he selects a small town New England girl from the audience, persuading her to join the act as his new assistant. Pepper Rumford has to scramble to learn the tricks and illusions while adjusting to life in Sin City. Cross and Crowe have secrets, and Crowe seems to walk a thin line with law. When Pepper quits, Crowe wants her back. He'll suffer a visit to her parent's home in Lakemont, CT to woo her back...but Pepper has a trick up her sleeve that will surprise the magician
