Ticonderoga, the library to be subject to the usual conditions and the historical addition to be a gift for a memorial to the officers and men of the Black Watch who fell at the Battle of July 8, 1758, at Ticon deroga. This request was granted in 1905, and Mr. Carnegie gave for the library building, and was added later as a gift for the historical annex, making in all.
