Tara Rybicki received her Master of Science in Nutrition from Central Michigan University. She has been a registered dietitian since 2003 and went on to gain further credentialing as a Certified Diabetes Educator. Her experience includes time in clinical inpatient and outpatient counseling, nutrition advisement, community health, as well as developing the Love Body Self-Care method. She is a mother of two little girls, a wife to a Virgo, and a novice forager.
