Publisher's Synopsis
Against the dangerous backdrop of the Democratic Republic of Korea, where deception and autocratic control are the driving forces in a government run by a sociopath, an urgent message is sent out by Morse Code by the trapped occupant of a psychiatric hospital. A missile is launched into the Sea of Japan, a tsunami and typhoon occur and in the aftermath, retaliation Is planned. Our female psychiatrist and Chinese agent team up once again and enter a world that is archaic, obsessed with military gain, and in societal chaos. Perhaps the only hope of deterring a nuclear strike and war may lie in the ability to win over the mind of its egocentric president. Where nothing is predictable, the action and adventure are non-stop until the final dramatic rescue from air and sea is played out under mandatory radio silence.
