In this third sequel to The Life of a Mental Patient on the PGA Tour the "I May be Crazy but I'm Not Stupid Gang" again enter into dangerous territory. Peter Rogers and his live in girlfriend, Marleen Wright are kidnapped. Marleen is gang raped. The crazy gang get together, catche the kidnappers, treat them to a bashing and leave them for the police to come and get them. Once again, the gang sneak off with no one knowing their accomplishments. The police are baffled. Flying Duck is involved with his family, Hubert and Ho with adopting Joy, an orphan. In bizarre circumstances they free Jane, Joy's twin sister, who was kidnapped and used in sex trafficking. With the help of the crazy gang they put a sex trafficking syndicate in prison after freeing Jane.
