Part one contains practical information about the regional branches and specialist interest groups of the association: current committee members with details of where they may be contacted, and a current list of publications together with ordering information. Also in part one are details of: standing committees of Council; Library Association Officers, departments and staff; and subscription rates. Finally, a section is devoted to listing the winners, past and present, of Library Association medals, grants and awards, and to giving details of the criteria required for entry.;Part two is given over to the Library Association's Royal Charter, code of professional conduct, bye-laws, regulations for elections and for associateship rules of procedure, and other matters of policy and practice. Part 3 consists of a full list of Library Association members, personal and institutional, in the United Kingdom and overseas, giving details of members' qualifications and current employment.
