A few years ago, I was sitting in the crowd at a leadership development workshop and heard John Maxwell, the number one leadership development guru in the world, say "experience isn't the best teacher...evaluated experience is." and I remember thinking to myself, isn't that the truth. I don't know about you but, over the years, I have personally done the same thing over and over again, somehow expecting the results to be different, only to produce the same, typically poor, results. This journal is intended to help stop the insanity and produce a more purposeful life...a life of personal discovery and intentional growth.
