The patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets chapters in this work have been substantially rewritten to incorporate changes and forthcoming changes in the law in those areas. Wherever possible illustrations drawn from local case law have been used to highlight the principles. Also provided are cross references to more detailed treatments in Anglo-Commonwealth and other legal literature. The text is updated bi-annually and chargeable by issue.
