Boyle on Charities, published in 1837, is a carefully written book, covering only a small field. The book is difficult to pro cure, and I could have wished to be able to examine it more thoroughly than can be done in a general library.
Tudor on Charities, of which the first edition appeared in 1854, and the second in 1862, is an excellent little book, giving a succinct account of the whole law upon the subject up to the date of its publication.
