Whether you've played Pokémon Diamond or Pearl before, or are new to these games, there's something for everyone in their adventure.
Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl Underground have been upgraded for these games and are now called Great Underground. The Grand Underground is a vast underground world that spreads like a maze beneath the entire Sinnoh region.
Pokémon Hideaways features a variety of terrains, from still water caves to volcanic landscapes, with different Pokémon in each environment. Among the Pokémon that inhabit the Sinnoh region, there are some Pokémon that can only be found in these Pokémon Lairs.
Some walls of the Grand Underground can be dug with a sledgehammer and pickaxe. If you dig deeper, you'll find things like useful items for your adventures and valuable Pokémon fossils, as well as new Pokémon statues that have been added to these games.
You can build yourself a secret base within the walls of the Grand Underground using an item called the Digger Drill. You can place the Pokémon statues you found while digging for fossils anywhere in the secret base, allowing you to customize your space!
You can interact with trainers around the world on your Nintendo Switch system via local or online communication. Not only can you explore the underground together, but you can also dig fossils with other trainers. A software update is required.
The Super Race Show is Sinnoh's popular show, and each show features four actors working with their Pokémon to demonstrate their prowess. During the show, you can don your favorite outfit and your Pokémon will dance, which is a whole different experience than their usual power struggles.
Groups of up to 4 can join, so you can wow the crowd by showing off your best with your friends! A software update is required.
