Economical pudding. - Put two tablespoons ful of rice into a saucepan with as much water as the rice will absorb when boiled enough, add a little salt, then set it by the fire until the rice is quite soft and dry throw it up in a dish, add two ounces of butter, four tablespoonsful of Tapioca, one and a half pints of milk, sugar to taste, ?avor with two teaspoonsful Extract Mace and two eggs beaten up. Stir well together, and bake an hour.
