Publisher's Synopsis

Excerpt from The Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, 1891, Vol. 18: A Monthly Periodical

In the crisis of the fever there is very apt to be an extraordinary elimination of urea, although the temper ature may be much below the point which it has reached during the continuation of the fever, when the urea elimina tion was much less, or even below the normal. As proof of this, we make reference again to the works of Unruh, Keith Anderson, Lewis, Hirtz, Charcot, Gubler and others.
