Publisher's Synopsis
This is a compilation of the Yiddish lyrics from the Itzik Zhelonek books and also 35 Letste Teatr Lider fun Azazel un Sambatiyon. These are the pages I used while trying to find the melodies for the songs. The songs with melodies, transliterations, translations, commentary and sources are in my book "Yiddish Songs from Warsaw 1929-1934: The Itzik Zhelonek Collection." This volume of the songs as I originally found them, written with Hebrew characters, has been created on the request of some readers.
