Truth is sacrosanct, indisputable, incontrovertible and undefeatable. Although over the ages, numberless attempts have been made to derail, overthrow or even bury the truth but woeful failure had been the enemies' efforts in this regard.
Right in Eden, truth was subverted by the first Adam's fall into the devil's deceit and thereby disobeyed God; a deception that was passed through Eve. Inspite of this unfortunate incident however, truth had since remained steadfast as God has always got witnesses to Himself even when many others fell by the wayside. Enoch, Noah, Abraham etc., were milestones and pillars of truth in their generations.
